Is this moisturizer suitable for oily and acne-prone skin?
The Hydra+ Cream balances hydration with moisture and is non-comedogenic. Typically oily and acne-prone skin needs a balance of both hydration and moisture therefore, we added hyaluronic acid and collagen to emollients such as avocado oil, cacao and shea butters.

Can I use this with other active serums like salicylic acid, retinol, vitamin C, and tretinoin?
We play well with others! Our products compliment other skin care products, including those with active ingredients. As there are many skin care products on the market, we always recommend a patch test beforehand to avoid the possibility of skin reactions.

What’s so special about Zinc, Copper, and Magnesium?
They all play an important role in maintaining skin health. All three play a big role in reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and are powerful antioxidants that can improve uneven skin tone. They’re known as great anti-inflammatory ingredients, used to treat redness, irritation, acne and rosacea.

If I apply the Hydra+ Serum, how long should I wait before layering a moisturizer on top?
Because hyaluronic acid is a water-binding ingredient, you can layer a water based moisturizer anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple minutes after applying the serum.

Can I use this with the S-Cell Super Serum?
You can absolutely layer both serums together! The S-Cell Serum is more potent and anti-aging; we suggest applying the S-Cell on first, followed by the Hydra+ Serum and ending the routine with a moisturizer AM and PM.

What are those blue droplets?
The blue droplets are filled with the skin-caring active ingredient Antarcticine, that bursts open with each pump to activate the serum's benefits.

What is trehalose?
Trehalose is a highly stable water-binding antioxidant that is superior to hyaluronic acid - but synergizes when used together.

What are the benefits of your gel mask vs. a sheet mask?

Can I use this before applying makeup?
Yes! Your skin will thank you for a filter-free prep sesh. Our HYDRA+ Sheet Mask will instantly plump, hydrate, and protect the acid mantle. Have enlarged pores? Our mask will also improve the appearance of skin texture and pores.

Do I need to moisturize afterwards?
Because our mask has both moisturizing and hydrating ingredients, it’s completely optional! If you tend to have dry and flaky skin, then we recommend locking in with an emollient moisturizer.

Is the cleanser a gel, cream, or oil-based?
Our replenishing cleanser is a water-based creamy cleanser that easily glides over the skin.

Do I have to use a makeup remover first?
Think of this as your 3-1: makeup/SPF remover, cleanser, and pH balancer! Using a makeup remover is completely optional.

Is it eyelid safe?
You can safely use this on eyelids! For heavier, waterproof mascara and makeup, we recommend using an eye makeup dissolver first (if necessary).

Will this help with congested skin?
Niacinamide is used to treat multiple skin concerns such as uneven skin tone, clogged pores, blemishes, oiliness, redness, and inflammation.

Will this help with dry, flakey skin as well?
Yes! Sunflower seed oil, hydrogenated castor oil, and sodium PCA are all skin-replenishing, moisturizing and hydrating ingredients. Sunflower seed creates its own ceramides, protecting the skin acid mantle.

Is this alcohol-free?
We are completely alcohol-free and safe for sensitive skin.

What is the difference between the S-Cell Serum and Hydra+ Serum?
The S-Cell Serum is more concentrated than the Hydra+. We created the S-Cell Serum formula with hyaluronic acid, plant stem cells, growth factors, multiple peptides and collagen to specifically target signs of aging, improve elasticity and uneven skin tone.

Why choose 6 small droppers over one?
Ampoules are supercharged/booster serums with higher concentrations of active ingredients. The smaller bottles or ampoules better store the actives- think of them as a shot of daily nutrients or vitamins for your skin.

Can I layer this with other active ingredients or products?
Absolutely! We recommend applying the S-Cell Serum after cleansing and toning, and before any other targeted serums, followed by a moisturizer.

Is EGF better than retinol?
EGF stimulates cell growth and cell turnover while targeting signs of aging, dehydration, and hyperpigmentation. If you want to maximize your skin routine, EGF is perfect for anti-aging results without dryness and irritation. You can use it in tandem with retinol, or just by itself.

What are neuropeptides?
Studies have exhibited that neuropeptides in skincare can exert a Botox-like effect which relaxes facial muscle contractions that may cause fine lines and wrinkles. Using neuropeptides in tandem with Botox may even help results last longer.

Will using the cream under my eyes cause milia?
We specifically formulated this cream with 9 different molecular-weight peptides to treat every area of the skin, including the under-eye area. We are proud to say that it will not cause milia - safe for daily use!

Can I use this with retinol, AHAs, and BHAs?
Pair the Super Cream with your favorite AHA and BHA toners, exfoliators, or serums. Because this moisturizer has active AHAs, separate this from the nights you are using retinol.

Is the Super Cream only made for mature skin?
Our Super Cream was formulated for drier and mature skin types and can also be used to replace your summer moisturizer for a winter moisturizer.

Is this recommended for oily skin types?
If you are combination and experiencing flaky, dry spots, we recommend mixing a drop of the oil with your current moisturizer. If you’re feeling extra dull, tired, or hungover, this will do the trick for you, too!
