- When your return/exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with instructions.
- Our customer service team will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and the Return Authorization number (RMA#) if return conditions are accepted (exceptions may apply).
- Once approved, complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your RMA# and all fields completed.
- Return Authorization Forms that are incomplete will not be accepted.
- Once your return has been approved and processed, simply return the product(s) with the packaging product box(es), include the Return Authorization Form and seal the package securely.
